Quality Objectives
Our quality objectives in 2008 is determined as the following :

Sales Objectives

1. Increase the number of exporting countries at least to three in 2008,
2. Have a 10% increase on General Sales Turnover as compared to 2007,
3. Have a 5% increase on the number of customers as compared to 2007.

Production Objectives

1. Adding three new products to our production line,
2. Decrease the internal defects ( to 5 in terms of product ) that drive from manufacturing defect,
3. Decrease the customer complaints to 1% in terms of product,
4. Making improvements on manufacturing processes in order to increase the production 3% as compared to 2007.

General Objectives

1. Obtain the ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001 Environment Management System Certificate
2. Increase our market share 10% as compared to 2007,
3. Exporting of 10% of our production,
4. Take part at least in 2 trade exhibitions and have 3 new customers.
