Quality Policy
OZ-IS AUTO SPARE PARTS LTD. has agreed to develop a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

Our main target in all activities is to enhance customer satisfaction and confidence to our products and services.

In this context our quality policy is determined as the following ;

Provide a strong coordination which ensures us define our customers' demands ( including potential demands ) and satisfy these demands with high quality consciousness.

Transfer to new technologies and new products rapidly ,

Provide working conditions which motivates our staff and provide training opportunities which improves job and quality consciousness,

Evaluate and improve our whole activities with the principle of "Continuous Development",

Enhance customer satisfaction and have long lasting customers,

Using system effectively by paying attention to legal obligations.
